Gentle flowing moves & meditation of breath Ease tension, stress, aches and gain balance in faith and love: Kalaheo Neighborhood Center Monday 8:30am to 10:30am. Body & Mind Clarity Start of with gentle, low impact fun aerobics follow by a mix of yoga, ti chi & qi gong: Kalaheo Neighborhood Center, Wednesday 8:30am to 10:30am. Total Body workout Chair and or Standing cardiovascular conditioning gentle aerobic follow by light weigths or body resistence strength training and ending with floor mat or chair soothing routine: Kalaheo Neighborhood Center, Friday 8:30am to 10:30am

Rose's senior exercise classes has support recognition from County of Kauai, Parks & Rec., our Mayor Derek Kawakami, and it is recognized by doctors, physical therepists as a safe and effective exercise program for senior citizens / Mature adults. You will need to get your doctor’s approval before beginning a new exercise program.
Rose's Kupuna Wellness Ageless Beauty fitness Program 10th year celebration on August 23rd, 2012 with Mayor Carvalho Jr. assisting Rose in creating some healthy (rice paper nori fresh veggie wraps/rolls) fun cooking demonstration for her "Ageless Beauty" aunties/uncles and our Island viewing TV audience filmed for the Mayor's show "Together We Can" on Hoike public television. Mahalo to Our Ambassador of Aloha' Mayor Cavralho Jr. for being a part of our celebration. A "New Beginning" Our first morning back on Monday, August 2nd 2021 at Kalaheo NC since the closure on March 15th 2020 due to Pandemic. A beautiful sight, heartfelt and joyous to see each other in class. So grateful for the re-opoening and safety measures and support from County of Kaua'i.

2006 Healthy Aging project Sponor & presented by County of Kauai on Elderly Affairs Program Specialist. Pictured are the graduating Koloa Seniors. Rose who was hired to instructed a special 8 &12 weeks courses, was awarded recognition by the late Mayor Bryan Baptiste and head of park & Recreation Director (New Elect Mayor), Barnard Carvalho for her 8 and 12 weeks (2 part program) successful involvement in teaching a special one hour of physcial fitness which Rose specially design for the seniors involve in the Healhy Aging "Pilot Study" Course & thirty minutes of wellness education. The graduation ceremony and award luncheon was held at the Koloa Neigborhood Center upon the senior's course completion .

Our Kupuna Wellness Ageless Beauty May/2012 early summer celebration at Poipu Beach Park with an all plant-based theme. Live Hawaiian entertainment, hula, line dance, games, hat contest and lots of prize give away. Dinner Time! A colorful displayed of an all Plant-Based dishes. We all get an A+ for creativity!!! Uncle Daniel, "Don't you try to sneak the beef into the dish!" "Auntie" Diane always so helpful. I'm so grateful for her motherly ways.

Celebrating our 2012 Kupuna Wellness Ageless Beauty Fitness Program by bringing the aunties & uncles from Rose's Hanapepe, Kalaheo & Koloa class for a fun fill afternoon of friendship, laughter & aloha. And the winners of the Kupuna Wellness "Ageless Beauty" Poipu Beach 2012 Celebration Hat Contest are.......uncle Richard from Rose's Hanapepe/Kalaheo class came 2nd with a very intersting hat made from recycle corks. Auntie Diane was the overall winner. Her haku hat was handmade from variety of herbs and Hawaiian chili peppers & auntie Yoshiko from Rose's Koloa class won 1st place. Her hat was handmade from recycle plastic bags. Uncle Richard & auntie Yoshiko both recieved gift certificates donated by Wendy & Rod; owners of Sueoka's market. Auntie Diane from Rose's Hanapepe class recieved a gift certificate donated by Ara & Debbie; owners of Hanamau'ulu Cafe & Sushi Bar.
